Registration for 2025-2026 Season Opens August 1

We are ready for another hockey season and registration will be opening on Friday August 1st, 2025.

We are opening registration early this year to coordinate with the Hockey Canada Assist Fund (HCAF) application dates. HCAF will be opening their application process on August 1st, and there are a limited number of grants available. Please apply ASAP. Please note, our Executive Director will not be having regular office hours until August 18, 2025, however, he will be monitoring emails on a regular basis.

Trying out for EDZA or High School?
Players trying out for an EDZA or High School team need not register with Moncton Minor Hockey Association until they have been released from their AAA or High School team. We will honor any Early Bird pricing for 2 days after you have been released. To receive Early Bird Pricing please contact the Executive Director at:  executivedirector@monctonminorhockey.ca  and request an Early Bird Credit be placed on your player profile.
Funding Organizations

There are five organizations to help those in need find funding for Minor Hockey programs. See the list below.  
Regular Season Rollout
Our regular season will begin October 6th.
U7 Players will be placed on teams by their division coordinator.
U9, 11, 13, 15 & 18 recreational players will be evaluated by coaching staff and placed on teams through a draft process.
 
Ice time communication: 
Due to many moving parts during the start-up season, ice times for your children may only be communicated to you 24 hours prior to ice time. Please be patient.
